في هذا الإصدار قامت بتحسين تقنية الجافا المدمجة والتي صممت خصيصا لهذا المتصفح
وأيضا سعت الى تحسين عرض الوسائط والملتميديا وعملية ضغط لها ليسهل على مستخدم الأنترنت التمتع بها
أضافت ميزة تحديد الموقع الجغرافي للمواقع وذلك للإستفادة من المتصفح قدر الأمكان
طبعا ولاننسى تقنية زووم وتكبير الخط لضعاف النظر أيضا
وأضافت تقنية تصفية نتائج البحث والتي تساعد على حصر ما تريده ضمن حدود حتى لا تتعبك في البحث
