برنامج jv16 PowerTools هو برنامج منظف كمبيوتر من الطراز الاول ويحتوي على 21 أداه رهيبة لتنظيف الكمبيوتر وجعله اسرع من ذي قبل مليون مره فهو يقوم بتنظيف مكتب التسجيل ريجستري وتصحيح العديد من رسائل الخطاء ومشاكل الكمبيوتر وحلها كما يقوم بحذف البرامج والملفات الغير مرغوبة او التي حذفت من قبل ولم تحذف بشكل كامل يقوم بحذفها من جذورها نهائياً
